Shipping and Charges

§1 Prices, payment, due date

(1) The indicated prices include the legal value added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs shall be added.

(2) If your ordered from Non-EU territory, no tax is added to your order.

(3) The consumer has the option of payment by PayPal, credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, MicrosoftPay, GiroPay, SOFORT.

§2 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are immediately ready for dispatch. The delivery takes place here at the latest within 5 working days. The delivery period for all payment methods begins on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day. 

(2) At peak times, such as Christmas and in the event of staff shortages, your delivery may be delayed. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, we may not be able to fulfill your order. In this case we would contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall not pass to the Buyer until the goods are handed over to the Buyer, even in the case of a sale to destination. 

§3 Shipping costs

Germany

(1) There is no minimum order for orders with destination in Germany.

(2) Orders below 40€ have a shipping cost of 4,95€.

(3) Orders higher than 40€ have free shipping.

Central Europe  (Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Lichtenstein) 

(1) Orders below 40€ have a shipping cost of 7,95€.

Non-Central Europe (Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Baltics and others) 

(1) Orders below 40€ cannot be processed.

(2) Orders of 40€ to 100€ have a shipping cost of 17,95€.

We reserve ownership to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
